I can’t believe Christmas is less than two weeks away! As we’re moving house next week I haven’t put out any decorations.
Bah humbug!
I know! But, I didn’t really see the point of unpacking my decorations just to put them away the next day.
Instead, I have been getting my festive cheer on with some ink stamps.
Today, I went for Finnish himmeli decorations. You know, those amazing geometric hanging decorations traditionally made from straw.
This was a very quick project so their lines aren’t as straight as they could be, but I like the look of them. So much that might even try making one for real. If I get time before the move that is, I still have 3 rooms to pack up…
